Exercise has also been proven to help with stress and anxiety. I would recommend at least a 45 minute walk or even a light jog if you can. Either way exercise can do some amazing things for you.

Tip Five 

Having fun may seem almost impossible when you are dealing with anxiety. You should really try to have fun as it could help relieve a massive amount of anxiety. You could do pretty much anything you put your mind to. Maybe you could play on a slip n slide or maybe play some basketball. Anything is possible.
